Situated in Bahrain, the restaurant sought to elevate the food and beverage scene in the region. Since the brand was rooted in Japanese culture and the name was indicative of a culinary knife, we researched traditional pattern styles and developed a customised pattern based on the ancient art of Suminagashi.
